If you already have an account as a standard user just click the Retail Portal button and follow the instructions to create a merchant account.
If you are new to What'sInStore click the Merchant Login button and follow the instructions on screen.
Select the 'Search Stores' option. Set the distance slider to the distance you are willing to travel to find offers. All stores with current offers will be displayed. Clicking on a store will show all offers available at that store.
Select 'Search Live Offers' and then search for the product you would like to find offers on. Set the distance you would like to travel to get your offers. Select the tick box if you would like internet offers as well. The system will search for any offers on now for that product.
If you select to get email alerts in your account settings you will only get one email a day that summarises all of the offers received that day.

Yes in the settings section of the mobile app there is a slider control to set the default distance to view offers from your location.
From the menu select the 'Store Search' option. Set the distance slider to the distance you are willing to travel to find offers. All stores with current offers will be displayed. Clicking on a store will show all offers available at that store.
In the menu section of the app select 'Offers on Now' and then either search or scan the product you would like to find offers on. The system will search for any offers on now for that product.

To add an offer go to the Retail portal and click on 'Offer".

Click on the 'Add New Offer' tab in the left column.

Start typing the name of your product in the Search product dialogue box.

If your product is not listed click the "Create a new product listing' link and follow the process.
